Katharina A. Deutschler, or KT for short, is a senior commercial and business attorney with more than a decade of experience advising Fortune 500 companies, global businesses, and emerging enterprises on complex commercial relationships, strategic transactions, and high-value business initiatives. Her practice focuses on structuring and negotiating sophisticated commercial agreements and providing practical, business-oriented counsel on matters involving technology, digital commerce and payments, loyalty and promotional programs, marketing, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk.

Throughout her career, KT has worked closely with executives and cross-functional teams to navigate complex legal and commercial issues, translate risk into actionable guidance, and develop solutions that protect the business while advancing growth, innovation, and long-term strategic relationships. Her experience spans both in-house and law firm roles and includes advising on transactions exceeding $500 million in aggregate value, complex commercial and intellectual property disputes, and entertainment and media matters.

KT earned her Bachelors from Kennesaw State University, and her J.D. from Emory University School of Law and is admitted to practice in Georgia and California.
